These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and WinPKT (hereinafter "WinPKT", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://winpkt.cam (hereinafter "Platform", "Site").

WinPKT is an English-language online betting and casino information platform. The Platform provides educational and informational content relating to sports betting, live casino games, responsible gambling practices and Pakistan-relevant payment methods. WinPKT does not operate as a gambling operator, does not accept bets or wagers, and does not process financial transactions on behalf of users.

• "Intellectual Property" means all copyright, trademarks, trade names, design rights, database rights and other proprietary rights subsisting in or relating to the Platform and its Content.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations and statutes applicable to a User in their jurisdiction, including — for Pakistani users — the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, applicable provincial legislation, and any applicable directives from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority or State Bank of Pakistan.

To access and use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction;
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
3. Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any Applicable Law in your jurisdiction;
4. You are accessing the Platform for informational and educational purposes and not for any unlawful purpose;
5. You will not use the Platform on behalf of any third party without their explicit authorisation;
6. All information you provide to WinPK T, where applicable, is accurate and complete.

WinPKT reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion for any User who does not meet these eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information.

The Platform does not require User registration or account creation. Access is provided on a browse-only basis. Where interactive features are introduced in the future, separate eligibility and verification requirements may apply and will be communicated at that time.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform in any manner that violates any Applicable Law or regulation;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any system or network connected to the Platform;
• Transmitting or distributing any virus, malware, spyware, or other harmful code;
• Scraping, crawling or systematically harvesting data from the Platform without prior written consent from WinPKT;
• Reproducing, republishing, distributing or commercialising any Content without WinPKT's express written authorisation;
• Using the Platform to distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or any material of a harassing, defamatory or fraudulent nature;
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity while using the Platform;
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform or the experience of other users;
• Using any automated tool, bot or script to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for standard browsing.

WinPKT reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these acceptable use provisions and to take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating access without prior notice.

All Content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, graphics, logos, iconography and the overall design and layout — is the Intellectual Property of WinPKT or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

WinPKT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial informational use. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce or republish any Content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on the Content;
• Sub-license, sell or otherwise transfer any rights in the Content to any third party;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice contained in the Content.

Any third-party trademarks, brand names or logos referenced on the Platform — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or any commercial relationship with WinPKT.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinPKT expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, WinPKT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content. This includes, without limitation, any financial loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or any loss arising from reliance on Content published on this Platform.

WinPKT does not guarantee that any operator, game, bonus offer or payment method referenced in its Content will be available in your jurisdiction, will perform as described, or will remain accurate at the time of your access. Operator terms, bonus conditions and payment availability may change without notice and without corresponding update to WinPKT's Content.

WinPKT makes reference to Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and certain cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — solely to provide users with contextual information about common payment rails used in Pakistan.

The following must be clearly understood by all users:

• None of the payment providers named on this Platform have endorsed, affiliated with, or approved their services for use in gambling transactions, unless independently verified by the user;

WinPKT reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason including — but not limited to — a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, behaviour deemed harmful to the Platform or its users, or any other reason WinPKT considers appropriate in its sole discretion.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive any termination or expiry of this Agreement.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which WinPKT is registered, to the extent not in conflict with a User's local mandatory consumer protection provisions.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that local mandatory laws — including those relating to gambling regulation, consumer protection and data privacy — may apply irrespective of any governing law provision contained herein.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
